“I just joined 24 hour fitness about 2 months ago. I received two sessions with their personal trainer and I must say I learned a lot. Since the time I joined I have gotten a few of my friends to join as well. I have been going quite often and at different times. I like that I can go early in the morning as well as late at night and always walk right in and get on a machine. The staff is nice. They have a staff which is very balanced so if you feel more comfortable with a man you can ask for one, as well as with a woman. The child care facility is super! My children love to go to the gym with me. The gym equipment is always very clean and in tip top shape. If anything ever goes wrong or breaks, they are on top of it right away. The classes run on time, and someone is always there to assist you if you need help. They offer Spinning, Yoga, Kick Boxing, Aerobics, Water Aerobics, and many other classes. There are plenty of weights, jump ropes, resistance balls, you name it they have it! I love the pool which is usually always nice and warm. The sauna, steam room and hot tub are added bonuses. They are kept clean, and never overcrowded. The locker room is always being cleaned. This is a place that I want to work out in. The price was reasonable when i signed up. They had a good promotion on 24HourFitness.com and I took advantage of it. I am glad I joined 24 hour fitness.
