“The entire shopping experience with newegg was great. After several weeks of scouring through customer reviews of their products -- which are a better source of advice than most computer hardware sites could possibly provide -- I was able to order with a fair amount of confidence in the quality of the products I ordered, and I was also fairly sure that I was getting as good a price as I would find anywhere. Customer service was very friendly, due to billing address issues interfering with credit card verification, I spoke to them a couple times and each time the customer service rep was very nice and helped me with my issue. When my Next Day shipment was delayed for this credit card problem, they discounted me the price of shipping.
