"I have always been a little hesitant to do online orders because of bad reviews but I had such a positive experience with Allheart that I wanted to share it with others. I had a great experience with Allheart.com. I ordered a Littmann II infant stethoscope which I wanted personalized. I ordered it and paid extra for it to be shipped in 1 day.
When I got my confirmation of my order it said to allow up to 6 additional days to ship personalized orders. I immediately called the customer service representative about the problem. He said he would call the warehouse and tell them to please work to get it sent to me ASAP and if I did not get it in a satisfactory amount of time they would reconsider the shipping cost but they would try to get it shipped the same day if they could.
I received it 22 hours later perfectly personalized. Everything was just as I ordered it, the price was outstanding (best price after a long search) ,service was exceptional(emailed me within hours to tell me my package was on its way) and communication couldn't have been better (did exactly what they promised and got it here more quickly than I even thought was physically possible).
